A decade on, Kellie founded 360 Private Travel Ltd., growing it into a £40 million enterprise with over150 staff before selling her shareholding.

Kellie is now embarking on a new chapter as the leader of Travel Seen Collective. With over 25 years of experience in understanding the needs of HNWIs and UHNWIs, her problem-solving skills, tactful sales approach, and expertise in building a business from the ground up, she is dedicated to helping others achieve their personal business goals.

Poppy has over six years of experience in the luxury travel industry, starting with an internship and progressing to marketing, sales, and product roles. She has developed skills in product knowledge, sales strategies, digital marketing, and client management.

Passionate about digital marketing, she focuses on organic growth strategies, content creation, and campaign management. As a collaborative team player, her background supporting independent travel designers makes her a valuable asset to the Travel Seen Collective.
